ATHENS, Ga. – Jacksonville University junior men's golfer Eduardo Carrete wrapped up his season with the final round of the NCAA Athens, Ga. Regional on Wednesday afternoon.

Carrete fired off three birdies en route to a +3, 74 culminating in a +5, 218 for the entire event. The junior finished in a tie for 25th overall amongst the 75-man field that made up the individual leaderboard. He was 12th among those involved in trying to reach nationals solely as an individual and fourth among players that competed without their entire team around them.

All around this was an impressive showing for Carrete who will return to the Dolphins in 2019-20 looking to complete and already historic career.
