ATLANTA, Ga. - Jacksonville's Hayleigh Palotti was selected to the ASUN All-Academic honors squad, the league announced Wednesday afternoon. This is following a spectacular season athletically and displays her ability to excel in the classroom as well.  
 
Palotti is a dual major in Psychology and English, holds a 3.98 GPA, and has been held in high regard all year by the conference and her team alike. She had earned First Team All-Conference for her performance at the ASUN Championships most recently and is collecting quite a resume in her senior year.  

 
Palotti has been a key runner for JU during her entire career and consistently took the lead for this team at each event, breaking Dolphins records year in and year out. She holds the number one spot all-time for the 5K (16:59) and number three all-time for the 6K (21:07). She has been a true top performer across all aspects of collegiate athletics.
