COLUMBIA, SC. – Jacksonville Beach
Volleyball competed in day two of the Gamecock Grand Slam taking on LSU in the morning and Coastal Carolina in the afternoon.
In the first matchup of the day against the #10 ranked Tigers, the Dolphins were defeated 5-0.
Anna Erickson/Olivia Szyskiewicz won their first set 21-14, but couldn't pull through in the remaining two sets. Fives pairing

Miller Reames also won their first set 24-22, but unfortunately lost the final two sets as well.
In the afternoon matchup Jacksonville competed against Coastal Carolina in their final duel of the regular season. The Dolphins fell just short of victory, losing 3-2 to the Chanticleers. One's pairing Erickson/Szyskiewicz and fours pairing

Jacksonville Beach Volleyball has been given the six seed in the ASUN conference tournament and will face off against three seed, Florida Gulf Coast on Wednesday, April 24th at 3:00 PM. If the Dolphins are victorious, they will face the winner of Stetson/Central Arkansas on April 25th at 11:00 AM. If the Dolphins are defeated, they will play the loser of Stetson/Central Arkansas on April 25th at 3:00 PM.
