JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Jacksonville Beach Volleyball saw its historic 2026 season come to a close Saturday afternoon, falling to No. 2 seed North Florida, 3-0, in the ASUN Semifinals.
The Dolphins' run marked their first appearance in the conference semifinals since 2018 and capped a record-setting season that featured 17 wins, the most in program history,and the program's first-ever ASUN Tournament opening-round victory.
North Florida secured the dual with wins on courts two, three, and four, while the remaining matches were halted.
Despite the result, Jacksonville battled throughout, highlighted by a strong opening set win from the No. 1 pair of Megan Hair and Claire Mrukowski before the match was cut short.
The semifinal appearance continues the upward trajectory of the program under head coach Dylan Hough, as the Dolphins delivered one of the most successful seasons in program history.
