DELAND, Fla.- Jacksonville Beach Volleyball's season concluded on Friday morning after the Dolphins fell short to North Alabama 3-1 in the ASUN conference tournament.
Four's pair

Katie Martinez finished first with a win in two sets. The duo pulled away early in the first set, winning 21-10. The second set was more contested, but Nika/Martinez clinched the match with a 21-18 win.
Five's pairing

Hayden Garnett started off on with great momentum, winning a tight first set, 21-19. Unfortunately, the duo dropped a close second set 18-21 and were defeated in the third set, 15-11.
Twin duo and three's pairing

Meredith Mrukowski dropped their first set but rallied back in the second, earning a 17-11 set win to force their match to a decisive third set. The twin's comeback bid was subdued in the third set, as they were defeated 15-10.
With the Lions up 2-1 in the dual, the remaining matches were left to one's pairing

Olivia Szyszkiewicz and two's pairing
Jenna McNamara/
Emily Kubicsko. Both pairs were so close to taking their respective first sets, but Erickson/Szyszkiewicz fell short 23-21 and McNamara/Kubicsko 25-23. The Lions clinched the dual win, 3-1 after Erickson/Szyszkiewicz were conquered 21-15 in their second set.
As the 2024 season concludes for the Dolphins, Head Coach
Dylan Hough and staff are proud of how this team has responded to adversity this season. The 'Phins continually played for each other, breaking numerous program records throughout the 2024 campaign.
