DES MOINES, Iowa - This weekend, two members from the 2024 'Phin's freshmen class, Ana Tobar and Emily Collings, will proudly represent Team Florida at the USAV All-Star Championship in Des Moines, Iowa.
Tobar is a standout graduate from Miami's St. Brendan High School and a seasoned player with the Miami Hype Volleyball Club, bringing experience and heart to the court. Collings is a local talent from Jacksonville's Providence High School and a key player for the Powers Volleyball Club, offering this year's Dolphin Volleyball squad a player with immense skill and passion. Ana and Emily are gearing up for their first collegiate season with Jacksonville University, and their dedication to the sport and commitment to excellence make them valuable additions to the Dolphins' volleyball program.
"We are thrilled to have Ana and Emily representing Jacksonville University at the USAV All-Star Championship," commented Head Coach Alicia Roth. "Their talent and passion for the game are evident, and we are excited to see them compete at such a high level."
