Jacksonville Heads To The Scrappy At Pinetree

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- The fall golf season comes to an end this week as the Jacksonville Dolphins head to the Kennesaw State hosted The Scrappy at Pinetree. The tournament runs Monday Oct. 12 and Tuesday Oct. 13.

Monday will host the first and second round before Tuesday's final round.

The Scrappy, formerly known as the Pinetree Intercollegiate, will feature 10 teams from around the country with individuals competing from two further institutions. In addition to JU and the hosting Owls, the event will feature: Belmont, Georgia State, Indiana-Indianapolis, UT Martin, Missouri State, Florida A&M, Alabama A&M, Providence, and Samford with individuals from Alabama and Augusta State rounding out the field.

The Course
Pinetree Country Club | Kennesaw, Ga.

Pinetree Country Club will play as a 7,108-yard, Par-72 course for the 54-hole tournament. The course, originally designed by Chic Adams in the 1960s, features the hallmark topography and pine trees of northern Georgia.

The course is challenging but scoreable, with multiple short Par 4s and reachable Par 5s.

The Lineup
Brandon Lohr
Most Recent Finish: T11, -6 (West Bay Collegiate Invitational, 2026)

Lohr is coming off his best finish of the season, placing in a tie for 11th at the West Bay Collegiate Invitational, hosted by FGCU. Lohr has two Top 15 finishes in three events played this fall, and will look to close the first stretch of the year off with another strong result.

Andrew Morgan
Most Recent Finish: T37, -1 (West Bay Collegiate Invitational, 2026)

Morgan is having a strong start to his junior season. He won ASUN Golfer of the Week earlier this season and has posted strong results in all three tournaments this season. He's been a  scoring machine, tallying 40 birdies and an eagle through three tournaments.

Evan Raynor
Most Recent Finish: T37, -1 (West Bay Collegiate Invitational, 2026)

Raynor also placed in a tie for 37th last weekend, and he did it in extraordinary fashion. After an opening-round 80, he shot back-to-back rounds in the 60s to earn his spot in the top 40. His final round 66 is the lowest round by a Dolphin this fall.

Will Harris
Most Recent Finish: T76, +5 (JT Poston Invitational)

Harris steps back into the lineup after not playing in last week's West Bay Collegiate Invitational. He got better each round at the JT Poston Invitational, ending the week with a one-under 71. He has two under-par rounds this season.

Ledger Conley
Most Recent Finish: T81, +6 (JT Poston Invitational)

At least one freshman has featured in every Jacksonville lineup this season, with Conley now featuring in the starting five in three of four tournaments in the fall season. He has posted T71 and T81 finishes in his first two college starts.

Andrew Sevene (Individual)
Most Recent Finish: T69, +7 (West Bay Collegiate Invitational)

Sevene joins the Dolphins as an individual competitor for the second time this fall, also competing in the team lineup last week at the West Bay Collegiate Invitational.
