JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --- The Jacksonville men's golf team will tee off in competition for the first time this year, traveling just a few hours north for the Myrtle Beach Golf Trips Intercollegiate hosted by Coastal Carolina.
This is the Dolphins third-straight year opening the season at this event. Jacksonville finished 11th in both of its prior appearances at the tournament. This year's competition brings 16 squads, including JU and the hosting Chanticleers, from around the southeast and beyond: Appalachian State, Campbell, East Carolina, Elon, FAU, Illinois State, Jacksonville State, Kennesaw State, Lipscomb, North Alabama, Stetson, UNC Wilmington, UTSA and Winthrop.
The Course
Grande Dunes Resort Club | Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Playing nearly 7,600 yards from the back tees, this Roger Rulewich design, Par 72 course has been home to the tournament each of the past two fall seasons. The course was named as one of the 50 best courses in South Carolina by GolfDigest in 2025.
The course is known for its sprawling Bermuda greens and its interaction with the Intracoastal Waterway. Perhaps the signature hole on the course, the 220 yard, Par 3 14th, sits directly on the Intracoastal, with water and a cavernous greenside bunker short of the sloped green.

Brandon Lohr, Junior
Finish Last Season: T8, -5
Most Recent Finish: T3, -8 (ASUN Championship, 2026)
Lohr started his breakthrough sophomore season with a Top 10 finish at this tournament a year ago. It was the first of three Top 10 finishes for the Orlando product. His five-under score to par was his second-best finish of the season.
Andrew Morgan, Senior
Finish Last Season: T66, +9
Most Recent Finish: T26, +4 (ASUN Championship, 2026)
Morgan enters his senior season in the starting lineup, teeing off in Myrtle Beach for the second consecutive season. Despite his T66 finish, he flashed major potential shooting a four-under 68 in the second round.
Will Harris, Senior
Finish Last Season: T66, +9
Most Recent Finish: T38, +7 (ASUN Championship, 2026)
Another senior returning to the tournament, Harris tied his teammate Morgan with a T66 finish. He improved every round a season ago, posting scores of 77, 76 and 72 over three rounds. This will be his third trip to the tournament, as he finished 32nd as a sophomore in 2024.
Evan Raynor, Sophomore

Most Recent Finish: 81, +17 (Giles-Sprately Intercollegiate, 2026)
After a promising freshman season, Raynor gets the chance to start from the opening tournament of his second campaign. He started in six events last season, and he filled in for an injured
Daniel Montalvo in the ASUN Championship.
Ledger Conley, Freshman

Most Recent Finish: N/A
Conley came to JU with big goals, and he'll get a chance to go from the first tournament. The freshman from Richmond Hill, Georgia, is a champion at the high school level and a former qualifier for the U.S. Junior Amateur, arguably the biggest junior tournament in the world.
Andrew Sevene (Ind.)
Finish Last Season: T86, +18
Most Recent Finish: T94, +13 (Linger Longer Invitational, 2026)
JU's lone independent joining the field in the opener, Sevene made six appearances last year. He started the first three tournaments of the fall season, including last year's Myrtle Beach event where he finished T86.
