One of the most-tenacious two-way players in the program's history, Hardy was part of back-to-back 20-win teams that captured two straight ASUN Regular Season Championships and helped the team to three postseason appearances in his four seasons.

Hardy was an All-Freshman Team selection in 2007, made the All-Conference team in 2010 and was ASUN Defensive Player of the Year in 2008 and 2010, while also being recognized as the CIT Mid-Major Defensive Player of the Year as a senior. He is the program leader in all-time games played (127), is second all-time in steals, fourth in minutes played, sixth in field goal percentage and seventh in blocks.

After his time at JU, he went on to play professionally overseas, earning British BBL First Team honors and being named to the British BBL All-Defensive First Team in the 2011-12 season. He also played in Germany and in the NBA G-League with the Tulsa 66ers. Just last year, he was one of two former Dolphins named to the ASUN All-Decade team.
