A standout in multiple events during her illustrious track and field career, Charles was named All-ASUN an astounding 21 times in her career. A two-time USTFCCCA All-American, in the Heptathlon in 2012 and the Pentathlon in 2013, she qualified for the NCAA Championships three times.

She holds the all-time JU record in the Pentathlon and is second in the High-Jump, captured 10 Individual ASUN Championships, while playing a key role in eight ASUN Team Championships. Her championship time coinciding with the Dolphins unprecedented run of 22 straight ASUN titles across both indoor and outdoor seasons from 2006 to 2016.

She was the MVP of the ASUN Championship three-times (2010 and 2011 – Indoor, 2010 – Outdoor), the Most Outstanding Field Performer three-times in indoor, the Most Outstanding Freshman Performer in both indoor and outdoor in 2010, and the Most Outstanding Outdoor Track Performer once.
